VDA19.1, ISO16232 Technical Cleanliness Analysis System/ Cleanliness Particle Counting Microscope

The SinAPC15A Cleanliness Analysis System is used to do technical cleanliness testing for automotive components and other components , which can automatically count and analyze the types, sizes and quantities of impurity particles on the filter membrane, and classify them according to the size class. It can meet the requirements of VDA19.1, ISO16232, Volkswagen, BMW, Ford, Mercedes-Benz, General Motors and other powertrain factories for the technical cleanliness testing of components and issue standard data reports in accordance with the above specifications, and has the ability to customize the data reports.

1.High depth of field optical microscope

Olympus SZX7 high depth-of-field body microscope (detects particles ≥25μm); provides customers with more complete solutions with excellent imaging performance and comfortable operation experience.

2.High definition colour CMOS camera

High-definition colour CMOS camera, USB3.0 connector, precision 0.5um/pixel, actual pixel is 2.3 million. High frame rate: 40 framerate; fast capture speed, no lag phenomenon.

3.High-precision motorised scanning platform

X, Y-axis fully automatic control of the scanning stage repeatability: ≤ 1um Stroke: 80mm * 60mm Maximum speed: ≥ 100mm/s Minimum step: ≤ 200nm.
